Francesca joined SEL UK Ltd at the beginning in 2012, straight from studying Sport Science at the University of Edinburgh. Francesca then decided to follow the management path within sport.

Starting as Peter’s personal assistant Francesca has taken on more responsibility including overseeing contract fulfilment and client sponsorship days including product launch events for Land Rover and Magic Millions for Zara Phillips.

Francesca has played a key role across all the events that SEL UK has organised over the years in varying different positions from Team Assistant to Sponsorship Account Manager, which she hopes to develop further in the coming years.

Francesca managed the Westfield Open Air Cinema at the London Food Month Night Market, being involved in the design, construction, layout and timings for the cinema and organising Westfield Artists to perform acoustic sets on the stage prior to the films starting.

Alongside working full time for SEL, Francesca is completing a Master’s in Business Management part time at the Royal Agricultural College.
