In January 2017, SEL was employed by the London Evening Standard as Project Management agency for their inaugural London Food Month.
Taking place only 6 months later in June, the month-long festival united the London food industry, and showcased the incredible diversity of the capital’s culinary scene.
We worked tirelessly to achieve the Evening Standard’s goals. We individually contacted hundreds of restaurants, cafés and hotels, the result being an astounding 400 establishments hosting events throughout the month. Having collated all event information, we worked with the newspaper’s Editorial Team to create the exclusive London Food Month programme, 300k copies of which were distributed with the paper.
We also managed all London Food Month core events, from the Industry Launch in January at Fortnum & Mason, to the 12 day Night Market on Perk’s Field in Kensington in June that were attended by the cream of the crop from the London Food Industry.
